Will joining the waiting list charge me?
No. Joining the list or accepting an invitation does not authorize a payment or start a recurring subscription.
I see a charge I don’t recognize
Check the merchant name and receipt, then email hello@onceuponus.page if you think it relates to Once Upon Us. Include the date, amount and purchase provider. Do not send a card number or password.
When purchases become available
The purchase screen will need to show the price, renewal period and included allowance before you choose a plan. We’ll update this page with the supported purchase, restore, cancellation and refund paths at launch.
Deleting an app is not a way to cancel a future subscription. Follow the purchase provider’s subscription controls and keep the confirmation.
