If you own the family
Sign in, open Family settings, and choose Delete everything. Read the in-app confirmation carefully: this removes the shared family’s books, photos, drawings, narration and associated usage and safety records. It affects the other grown-ups in the family too.
Your account is also removed unless it belongs to another family. Rolling database backups may retain deleted information for up to 30 days, as described in the Privacy policy.
If you are a co-parent or cannot sign in
Email hello@onceuponus.page from your account address to request help deleting your account or information. Say whether you want to leave a shared family or delete the whole family. We may need to verify the request before changing access. Co-parents do not currently have their own in-app account-deletion control.
Only removing one story?
Deleted stories first go to Recently deleted. Removing them for good is permanent. Save anything you want to keep before deleting it.
Leave the waiting list
Email hello@onceuponus.page from the address you used to join and ask to be removed.
For any future paid subscription, cancel with the purchase provider as well. Removing an app from your device does not cancel billing.
