Use your family invitation
- Open the web app and sign in as a grown-up.
- Use the single-use invitation code in your “Your spot is ready” email when asked.
- Follow the in-app setup, then make a story from a short description or an imagined adventure.
If a code has already been used, sign in to the account that redeemed it. If you are still stuck, contact support.
Join a co-parent’s shelf
The family owner opens Family → Account → Invite a co-parent. Follow the private invitation link and sign in with your own account. Adding a grown-up character to a book does not create a sign-in account for that person.
Make and read a book
Choose the day or adventure, the cast, an optional gentle lesson, a look, and a length. Making the book takes a few minutes. You can close the app while it paints and find it on your shelf later. Review it before reading together.
Why are photos or voice unavailable?
These features are still gated for early-access families while we complete the privacy work. The demonstrations on the website include previews, using a made-up family.
Another device, the same family
Sign in with the same account. A TestFlight invitation and a family invitation serve different purposes: one installs a beta app; the other gives access to your family.
Before a trip
New books need an internet connection. Test your book with the connection off on the exact device you will use; offline support is still being tested.
